{And....Life is movin'}

could it really be possible that it's been 9 months since our sweet baby girl arrived? i feel as though i blinked and here we are! she smiles and laughs all day long, she really is a sweet blessing and addition to our family. i really thought that adding a third little life would be a big adjustment, however, it's been much smoother and less chaotic than i thought. don't get me wrong there are many challenges thru out my day but they tend to be focused more on the discipline and instruction of the older two! i'm learning the importance of prayer and the value of my time spent with the Lord!

i don't even know where to begin! life has just been moving (hence the title)! i'll just give you some pictures  of rielyn below and let you see for yourself how she's grown. we absolutly delight in her and thank the Lord for her happy spirit! peyton and ethan enjoy her as well especially now that she interacts with them. peyton still loves being mommy and holding and snuggling her (sometimes a little too much ;) and i think ethan is just waiting for the day that rielyn can chase him because he just runs circles around her! she's just about crawling...she gets up on all fours and rocks! she loves to eat food and drink from her sippy cup and she absolutly loves to bounce, jump and laugh! she's starting to recognize when mommy leaves and gets rather sad but i'm trying to embrace every moment because i know, from the other two, that one day she will not be sad to see me go! i think that is one thing, lately, that i have been reminded of! these days pass so quickly and i'm really trying to enjoy every little moment and make sure that those moments are purposeful with my kids. if my deepest desire for my kids is to love Christ than what in my day is pointing them to Him! am i being purposeful...they are growing so quickly and one day all of these little moments with them will be in the past!

speaking of time passing quickly, peyton started kindergarten just yesterday!!! crazy, i feel like i just had her and now she's off to school. she absolutly loves it and i know this will be a great year for her! we miss her at home but a little seperation is good. i'll post pics of her first day soon...they're already on facebook!

enjoy the picture recap of rielyn. i will be updating the blog soon with ethan and peyton's birthdays as well ! i'm going to try and be a little more consistent in updating our family blog! ;) If you're on facebook then these pictures will be familiar because I tend to update on there quite well! ;)

{ She's Here}

Born:  November 13th, 2011 @ 2:26 pm
Stats:  6 lbs. 11 oz.  20 inches long

It's very fitting that our newest little peanut would be born during the month that we celebrate our thankfulness! We are so very thankful for the Lord's goodness to us. Our sweet little girl arrived 8 days early and is happy and healthy! Both big sister and big brother are in love with her...more so Peyton than Ethan. There isn't a minute that goes by that Peyton doesn't ask to hold her or that I don't catch her sitting next to her talking! It's such a sweet sight to see and a true blessing to my heart! We are thoroughly enjoying every new moment with our little sweet pea and look foward to seeing what the Lord is going to teach us through her little life! Enjoy some pics of our newest addition...

{ October = Pumpkins}

the month of october has proven to be full of God's goodness...busy and emotional! and as always God is faithful! we started out the month losing jeff's grandpa of 91 years! what a long life to live and yet it came down to one day that will remain the most significant of all 91 years...he repented and accepted Christ as his personal savior the day before he would pass into eternity! praise the Lord for His patience, mercy, grace, long-suffering and compassion to allow grandpa to hear the truth one last time and to finally submit to it! it was a great reminder to me of how precious my salvation is and makes me love Christ all the more. now when peyton prays she seems to always add, "thank you that grandpa frost is in heaven" and although i know she doesn't quite understand it's still sweet to hear those words!

like every october there is always time for the pumpkin farm and this month we made it to two different farms and apple hill! i'm surprised with all the activity that baby rielyn hasn't chosen to arrive early ;) apple hill was a great day to get away and enjoy time with grammy and aunt sallie and give them a reprieve from all the decisions they needed to make for grandpa's memorial and affairs. Next was bishop's pumpkin farm where we enjoyed lots of animals, pumpkins, yummy food and lots of running around. Finally, our last pumpkin farm was with some of our friends from church. Needless to say we have many pumpkins sitting on our porch!

i can definitly say it was a busy october and now i can't believe we are nearing the end of the month! this only means that baby rielyn is 3 1/2 weeks from her expected arrival!! wow!! is all i can say...we are super excited yet don't quite feel prepared, then again can you really be prepared! we definitly find comfort in knowing that the Lord only gives what we can handle and that He gives us what we need when we need it and usually not any time sooner...i look foward to having to rely on my savior for wisdom and strength and i am excited to see how He will use me in the lives of my soon to be 3 children!

i added some pictures of this month...enjoy!

{ 28 Weeks and Counting}

it's hard to believe that i'm actually entering the last stage of this pregnancy. and while i like to think that it has gone by pretty fast jeff keeps telling me that he feels like this is the pregnancy that will never end. every day i'm reminded of the goodness of our great God, of His perfect sovereignty and will, and that He loves sweet little rielyn more than jeff and i ever could. He knows how many hairs are on her head and what her little fingers and toes look like. He has already numbered her days and knows who she is. just like we pray for peyton and ethan, we pray that sweet little rielyn's life will glorify the Lord. i'm amazed and humbled at what the Lord has taught me in the last 7 months and i am so excited to see what He will teach me in the last 3. for those family and friends whom i haven't seen in a while i thought i would post a picture...funny but sad, there aren't many pictures to choose from. it seems that the more kids you have the less documentation you keep!!

{All things princess}

our little girl turned 4 this past week. FOUR! she's getting so big and it's going by so fast! the Lord has used this little girl to teach, stretch and humble me in more ways than i could have ever imagined. i am so thankful for her silliness, her sensitivity and even her strong will! i look foward to watching her grow into the little lady God intends her to be and i feel so priviledged that the Lord chose me to be her mommy.

 when i asked her what kind of party she wanted she said "a princess party". how could i resist such a thing! i love all things girlie and i so enjoy creating sweet things. i got right to work on making all the decorations including little tutus for all the girls attending. everything was pink....and papa curtis made her a castle out of cardboard to play in, which was a big hit! we decided to have an icecream bar, decorate jewelery boxes and just hang out and play. and although it may look over the top it was actually really layed back. our little princess enjoyed a wonderful night of family and friends and i got to enjoy watching her little face sparkle at the sight of all things princess! below are a few pictures taken of night...enjoy!

boys will be boys...they didn't want to play inside with the boy toys
...they wanted to be where all the festivities were!

shhhh...don't tell daddy! he wanted to dance with his sister!
Yum!
